I have never had to deal with a credit union this disrespectful. I submitted a loan application and stopped in to get an update after a week of not hearing from them to be told to have a seat and waited almost an hour while 2 loan officers sat on their phones.

When I purchased my loan for my car the loan officer informed me that I was required to purchase Gap insurance for my vehicle , he said that if I don’t use it I will be refunded for it. I paid my vehicle off early and when I asked about my Gap insurance she informed me that I would receive it within a couple weeks. I never received it. I called Michelle to ask about it because the call center(Ashley )and Jessica (over the lending department) informed me that I would not receive a refund, Michelle then said “Well that’s how I was trained” and she said she would connect me to someone who could give me some answers. I explained to Jessica that two of her employees gave me the same information and that I should be given my refund. I wouldn’t recommend purchasing Gap insurance from ISCU because they will lie to you to get you to purchase it! You ARE NOT required to purchase GAP insurance per Jessica (save yourself the headache) if anyone was given the same false information re: GAP please reach out to me.

Never buy a car from someone that has a loan thru this credit union! My bank payed off the loan Oct 12th and they were notified at the main office by 10 -29 that is when they say we cannot release the title for 30 days.I now have a car that I can't drive for who knows how long until I actually get the title.
This is not how business is done no one waits 30 days for a car title! This is not acceptable

Good customer service during my 3 years as a member of IL State Credit Union I did finance 3 cars with them and their service are great. I will refer them at any time to all of my friends.
