My husband and I met with Wes twice in his office, texted with questions, and also contacted/signed up with a phone call. At the first office meeting Wes presented a PowerPoint on Medicare, which was very informative and helpful. Wes was always patient, pleasant, very knowledgeable, and always able to answer all of our questions never being tired of them, and making sure we understood. So glad we found him to help us wade through all the plans and make sense of them! We feel totally confident in which plan we had Wes sign us up for, and that it was the best for us. Thank you, Wes!! I recently reached out to Wes in order to find a supplemental medical plan for my elderly sister. Wes came to my house and sat with me at the table to go over several of the various programs available to me.
