If I could give a zero star review, I would. Absolutely horrific experience, from top to bottom. Sent in all documentation to set up employee benefits, then they ignored phone calls, unresponsive to emails, said they would call back and never did. When ownership was confronted about this, their response was "I think it is in the best interest of all of us if you work with another agency" due to their lack of communication and professionalism. They really dropped the ball on this one. Do not recommend at all.
