Most useless insurance company I’ve ever dealt with. I tried to use them to insure my home and auto. 3 days after I paid the company she represented they cancelled the policy without ever contacting me. I was told that is normal when they don’t have certain documentation. If you don’t tell the policy holder how can someone provide the documentation? I cancelled both policies and went with a reputable provider. My mother in law had both home and auto with them. Tried to cancel. They billed the mortgage company after they were called to cancel the policy. Now they are requiring a signed document to cancel the policy. Funny how they didn’t require that from me when I cancelled. At best a fly by night company that doesn’t have your best interest in mind. All about the Benjamins!!
