Andrew Urban assisted my in-laws last year with the purchase of their home. My in-laws were in quite a difficult spot as they were re-locating from a different area and were completely unfamiliar with the area they wished to purchase in. In addition they needed to coordinate the purchase of their new home with the sale of their existing home. Andrew researched information, submitted listings for their review daily and kept in constant contact with them to answer any questions they had. When my in-laws finally did make it down to look at homes, Andrew went out of his way to set up an efficient and effective property tour with homes fitting only their specific requirements and needs. Andrew was able to successfully negotiate the timing between the closing of their old home and the purchase of their new home.
