Melissa is simply incredible. She goes way above and beyond any hoped for level of attention and service. She is very thorough, patient, and understanding during the home buying process. She takes as much time and attention as needed to walk through any sort of detail. She follows up and communicates swiftly and professionally. Even after a month of buying our house Melissa was right there answering our questions. And during a 6 week period when we were away from the new house she checked in on our house and kept the pipes from freezing when we ran out of propane, twice. She's the best.
