Julio was literally the best! I went into the branch to close my business account because my business is new and we didn't have the minimum balance in the acct to avoid the maintenance fee but he made me feel so comfortable and was extremely helpful. He instead told me that I could move my funds to the savings acct and close the checking until business picks up. He even offered me advice to help grow my business. He was truly one of the best bankers I've had the experience of chatting with. He made this process seamless.

Find another bank because this is not the place. They have the worse customer service department and they offer no real help when their systems are down. You will get 5 different answers from five different people leaving you frustrated. They send mass emails and messages for promotions to get your business or if there is a fraud alert bit will not communicate if your Visa card won’t work, direct deposit system is down for more that 48 hrs or simply of the system is down and it will impact your banking experience. Ask to speak to a manager they send a email and simply tell you someone will attempt to contact you if they are available.

One Whole year of issues like this. I have to move banks . Think I’ve been more than patient with them !!

I’ve been a customer of FCCU for well over 20 yrs. I’ve moved to several cities, have worked with several locations throughout, and I’ve always had the best customer service. They are on point when it comes to fraud alerts and suspicious transactions. They have always made me feel welcomed and like family!

Find an another place to bank. They will not protect your money. I was recently scammed out of a $500 deposit when I tried to purchase a car. I provided a police report and they refused to do anything.

I have been dealing with broken promises regarding getting my money that was taken out of my account from the bank.I have been told 3 different lies from 3 reps.If you like the thought of chasing a bank for your own money…this is the bank for you!!I have so many issues but over it now!First Community…..yall need to start over.As I sit here and type this message with Covid…you know there has to be some truth to it! FIND ANOTHER CREDIT UNION!!!!This is not a refection of Morton Branch …..they have been great! ITS THE COMPANY AS A WHOLE!

If I could give less than 1 star I would people in this bank DO NOT CARE they give you answers like I don’t know. Check with your side. I can’t help you. People like Deshonda just don’t care about what’s going on with your account. These are just people who work to go about their day.
