Well… what can I say. Without boring everyone with the details I had a unique situation and a time sensitive need for an insurance policy. My usual State Farm agent was closed and the corporate customer service couldn’t help me with my needs. I googled to find a local State Farm agent to see if anyone at all could help me, if I’m honest it was a last ditch attempt and I wasn’t hopeful of having my needs met after 2 hrs on the phone with State Farm corporate and no joy. But then along came Carol, I knocked on the door of her office and she greeted me with a warm smile, listen to my situations and whilst she wasn’t initially sure if she could help she said she’d try and see what she could do. Her service and attitude could not have been better, after several phone calls, computer systems etc etc she worked it out and got me what I needed. It’s rare these days to find such amazing service and customer care. I would recommend Carol to anyone with an insurance need, this was my first interaction with Carol but I’m am positive it will not be my last. Thank you Carol

State Farm has been my insurance company of choice for 45 years. Carol Robinson and her staff have been great to me for the past 25 plus years! They are the best! Always there to help and go the extra mile. I will have State Farm for life. My two sons also have been with State Farm since they were old enough to drive. Great company and great service.

I’ve know Carol Robinson for 25 years or more. I have all Insurance policies on my properties: earthquake, homeowners, rental property policies and my Vehicles with State Farm. Carol and her staff are wonderful. Especially Annette Chamberlain has helped me everytime I call. She's top notch. She's knowledgeable, patient, kind and professional. She not only helped with this last issue that took a while to complete but she calmed me as well. Any question I ask Annette she can answer and if she doesn't know she'll definitely find out. State Farm is number one in my book. I’ll tell you one thing, doing business with this company has totally been professional which is very important. Her staff is knowledgeable, they're able to handle all your insurance needs. I feel confident doing business with this company.
