Love the customer service! The quickness at which we was helped was amazing, even with a two year old terrorizing the office. The professionals who helped us were nothing less of awesome. I will definitely do all my insurance business here and navigate others to do the same. I loved the experience. Me and my wife are extremely pleased.

I was going to let this slide because sometimes customer service people can just be stressed and busy, and I know how overbearing bosses can be with pushing employees to rip off customers. Let me be clear, I don't blame customer service for this. This is on the company itself.

They were overcharging me for insurance (by almost $100 a month) and I found a better rate elsewhere, so naturally I called to cancel my policy with them. It took me TWO DAYS to get a real person on the phone who wasn't giving me the transfer run around. Three times I called and they "transferred" me and then just hung up. If I had a dollar for every "transfer" I had to go through, I'd have a free month of car insurance.

Finally got a lady on the phone and she was incredibly pushy with me, trying to get me to reconsider canceling by telling me she could've given me a better rate (then why didn't you in the first place?) and then being upset with me for not asking them before starting a new policy elsewhere (as if I wasn't trying to get someone on the line for TWO DAYS, before I even signed with the new policy!!). They charged me $70 for the cancellation and said everything was taken care of and they were sorry to see me go.

That was a couple of months ago. Now I have a letter in my mail from a COLLECTIONS company telling me I owe the insurance company for the CANCELED policy. All of that hassle, and Academy never actually put the cancellation through. Now I have to deal with debt collectors calling me. Really looking forward to however many hours I'm going to need to spend in the transfer loop again before I can actually get someone on the line to fix their screw up.

Steve and Genesis is very patient. Steve is a great leader and checks with each representative and team. He assist everyone and knows what is going on. Apply solution to my problem. Thank you for your help. I think he need to be promoted as soon as possible. He a good leader.

Horrible service. I get a text begging for us to be customers again. I call, (ins lite of horrible service in the past) the lady says “let me check on prices for you.” I patiently wait on hold for 15 minutes. In thought, “wow…. These must be some good prices.” I call back & the lady very rudely says, “there were five people in front of you.” So say that from the beginning. Don’t put people at bay thinking you’re tending to them as a customer when in actuality you were helping others. It’s all in the delivery. Then she wants to get smart and extremely unprofessional!!!!!
