I highly recommend Cynthia and her State Farm team. I have only had the best experiences with this group. Here is more specifically what I like about them:
1. They are accessible. When I need something urgently and have to reach them right away, I CAN actually reach them right away. Even when they’re on vacation.
2. They are very responsive. If I send just a regular email, it has never taken more than a few hours for them to get back to me.
3. They are problem solvers. They have helped me in situations where I was unable to find coverage, even if it meant going somewhere else. They always had my best interest in mind.
4. They are proactive. They look for discounts for me without even being prompted. If they see an opportunity to lower my rate, they do.
5. They are really nice people!

In this day and age, where mediocrity regins supreme and service is just an empty word, it is reassuring to be able to rely upon a truly professional company such as State Farm. The folks at Cynthia Snyder State Farm Agency are up to the task of providing the utmost care and service for all of their clients, of whom I count myself as one.
