Melinda Gann is one of the best insurance agents I've ever worked with; she's comprehensive, anticipatory, friendly and funny. Her work ethic and level of attention to my mom (and me) felt like we'd known each other for years. Any question I had, she knew the answer and why it was important to me. And potential issues I never would have though of? She headed them off to ensure they'll never arise. She ended up potentially saving us a lot of money by tailoring the exact type of coverage my mother is likely to need based on a number of factors.
