After years of being with Travelers I was declined coverage on my home when I moved my business there. This was back in 2019. I had difficulty finding someone else who would insure my house here in Fallbrook. Finally, I was referred to State Farm in Lake Elsinore and ever since then Joelle has done a fantastic job of providing me coverage for my home, my 4 vehicles and my business. Anytime I've needed her help, she's been immediately responsive. I'm also grateful for State Farm for continuing to provide me homeowners insurance in light of all of the liability for fire here in California! I highly recommend this agency because of their excellent customer service and their ability to do what others weren't able to do! I'm very grateful for their help!

Joelle is amazing at what she does. She's quick, sharp, detail-oriented and stays on top of tasks/follow-ups. I needed to transfer policies from Illinois to California asap, and had to deal with additional curve balls like splitting policies between family members, pricing, adding/removing drives/vehicles, etc. She doesn't hesitate at questions/tasks thrown at her, always willing to search/provide an answer to get the job done!
