Nicole assisted me today with making a change to our auto policy and was VERY helpful answering my questions and making the change. I also had a question on our Homeowners policy, and although not her area of expertise, she was willing to help if shoe could or would be happy to get someone to help if needed. It was an ugly call that I had been dreading for months... a policy review with State Farm... I was still reeling from huge premium increase from last year so I pretty much knew what was coming. But, once I got into the review with Crystal, I was happily and gratefully surprised to hear her wanting to to work with me to mitigate as much of the increases as possible and better customize my homeowner policy so that things remained manageable.
And for once, I didn't feel powerless when dealing with State Farm. A positive experience that reconfirmed my decision to stay with them.

Called State Farm about adding my son to my policy. Nicole Johnson was very helpful in getting me a

This office is a nightmare. Cindy and her staff have no clue what they are doing. My parents were with another State Farm office thar closed and we were rolled over to this one. It's been nothing but a nightmare since. I have personally had another State Farm office for overv25 years and never had these issues. These ladies can't handle reading their own accounts.

State Farm is fine, just go to a different office where they know what they are doing.
