I would NEVER recommend you this insurance office.
The WORST service in my life by “Lizbeth C”, first of all she was so rude, I requested a quote for a family member, I provided her all the information Lizbeth asked me for. after TWO weeks I got a response back with the quote, she got upset when I asked her about the coverage and cost of the insurance, I asked her if I could speak to the manager as she was being so unprofessional and she told me that she was the manager. I requested to speak to the owner “Abel Duran” and she said he is never there.
If you need insurance DO NOT CALL THEM

I have NEVER had this bad experience with any other insurance agency before.

Came to leave a review on how bad this agency is and to see other people’s negative experience is crazy,
There badly organized with everything they do.
they never call you about your policy until you call them and never assist you correctly, there always input everything late or don’t input it at all act like it’s your fault and you end up paying more than you were.

The lack of follow up from this office is ridiculous. I have an escrow shortage I need to have resolved and all I get is pretty much a response to get me off the phone. I get nothing as a follow up...not an email...not a phone call ....nothing. Unless you're getting helped personally from Able don't expect to get any answers or anything taken care of.

I have been had Abel to help me with my insurance needs. Not only that he is good, his staffs are excellent as well. I just had Adriana from Abel's office help me with some issues. She is very professional, patient and knowledgable. She clarified all my questions and solved my issues. Thank you Adriana! I strongly recommend this agency!

I had a great experience with this insurance company. Staff Juana and Leslie were very helpfull. I love how there straight forward they were,specific and professional and did not have you up and down and if you had any questions or doubts they will literally explain everything and how the insurance works.
