Ron Hyles was a complete professional from the start. When we were interviewing Realtors to sell my mother's house, Ron was the only one who came in prepared with his estimate on what the house was worth and a breakdown of cost and comps. His presentation on why we should hire him and the various resources available to advertises the house went above the others. We were selling the house during COVID-19 so we were not sure how things would turn out. Ron followed all the safety guidelines when showing the house and was able to sell the house for our asking price. Ron kept us informed on everything from day one. Ron recommended numerous contractors to help us with needed fixes around the house and they were all good and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend Ron Hyles to sell or buy a house.

Ron was our agent when we purchased our home in Manteca. He came recommended by our Realtor in Fremont . Ron was very responsive to our needs in terms of what we were looking in a home. He was always prepared when we came up from Fremont to look at homes. He also was very helping in advising us in our offer to seller. Ron is simply the best realtor we could ever hope for. Ron made the entire process smooth, from arranging the different inspections to pushing the lender to close on time. He not just helped us get the property we wanted, but went far beyond what was expected of him. I was buried in my work at the time (end of the financial year) and had absolutely no time during the entire process including for post-closing 'to do list' at the property. Ron arranged the handyman, the cleaners and what not, made sure they did the work, paid them, emailed the receipts and mailed the spare keys to us. The seller ended up leaving some appliances in the end but they were not captured in the home warranty. Ron, being Ron, not just added that to the home warranty but paid for the difference from his own pocket. I am sure he did many more things that I cannot remember top of my head. But I wholeheartedly recommend Ron. He is a professional through and through and will exceed your expectations however high they may be!
