Heather is great at what she does. In October, she listed and sold my mom’s home over the course of a weekend and helped us purchase our first home which we closed on yesterday! She is knowledgeable, positive, helpful, and easy to work with. We could always ask her questions and never felt like we were bothering her. She made us feel like she always had our best interest in mind, because she truly did! We appreciated that she kept us in the loop and handled any obstacles or challenges that came our way with ease. I used Heather to sell my Moms home in Manteca. She turned 90 and decided after 20 years it was time to move on. After interviewing a few agents we chose her for no other reason that she seemed like she wanted to help my Mom and knew am living in Atlanta and needed someone to keep me informed and help her out when possible.
She gave us comps in the area and help suggest a price. During the open house she noted the gardener had quite coming so had her husband mow and told us so we can get someone back.
After the offer and during inspection she noted the hot water heater had only one strap, so she had her husband come fix it (all for no cost and did not ask or make a big deal of it, just done).
She kept my Mom and myself informed during the whole process. After the open houses she told us who came, who was interested etc.
I have purchased and sold a few homes and never felt the urge to review any of them or ever use them again.

We happened upon Heather by chance when we were looking at a house in a neighborhood we had fallen in love with. She happened to be the realtor of the house for sale, and our original realtor had fallen through. As soon as we met Heather, my husband and I took a second away from the tour of the house we were viewing and told each other that we thought we needed to rope her in as our OWN realtor! So, we asked her and she was down to do it! We caught nothing but good, authentic vibes from Heather from the start - and we were NOT wrong!! You can't go wrong with Heather. She was extremely thorough, EXCEPTIONALLY helpful, upbeat, and we have nothing - absolutely nothing to complain about. I'd re-use her again in a heartbeat! Thank you Heather!!
