Erica helped me with my membership application today and did an AMAZING job!!! Everything went so smoothly. She is very professional, knowledgeable, patient, understanding and answered all of my questions without interruptions. Made me feel very valued and made my account right away when I needed it. I did my account online which was very convenient for me and she did everything with NO hassle. Not only was she extremely helpful, but the staff was as well who transferred me over to her. I like what Kinecta has too offer for me as a new member and I will definitely be referring anyone that I know to join! Thank you so much Erica and staff!!! My experience with Kinecta was outstanding!!!! Long story short I filed for bankruptcy during the pandemic since then, I’ve been rebuilding my credit. Had an unexpected expense pop up and getting a personal loan was extremely challenging. Kinecta was the only credit union to allow me to open a checking and savings account. I was on the website inquiring about a personal loan, the next day I had a missed call from a Representative named Solana Palma. At first, I was a little hesitant about returning her call, because I was expecting a denial, however, I gave it a shot, and she was extremely helpful. She explained the options that were available to me and I was approved. It was quick and fast no hassle and I was extremely satisfied with the customer service and the whole process. Love the location of this Kinecta! I'm always greeted with a smile and don't usually have to wait long to be helped. Solana made my day today while i was trying to see if i can overdraft my account, she recommends the personal no credit check loan and helped me gain 2,000 not only will it work build my credit but after holidays i was tight on money.
