Shout out to Julian because he's informative, helpful, and personable. I went in looking to apply for an auto loan. I was a little anxious because I wasn't sure what to expect (it was my first time applying for a loan) but Julian was able to put me at ease. He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to guide me in the right direction.

I don’t leave reviewed often, but I want to share my experience with this branch. I had a major issue with my account and on a whim called this branch randomly despite living 3000 miles away in Pennsylvania. They were quick to help and the manager, Johnny, resolved an issue that four other managers couldn’t. If I hadn’t decided to Google and call this branch, I’m positive I would’ve had a very different outcome.

Kinecta has been the best bank I ever banked with. Julian was the first person whom helped me to open an account. He was very helpful. Explained to me how the app works and how they run things.
