I’ve been with Kinecta for 21 years and this Mother’s Day weekend I lost my Debit Card. I remembered a conversation I had when visiting another branch that if I ever needed a replacement card that this was the place to go. I called to confirm and I spoke with Marvin who was very helpful and pleasant over the phone in which he even gave me the best route to get there.

Once I arrived I was greeted by Marvin who was extremely professional at all times. I was helped right away and I must say...we need more people like Marvin!!!! He was so easy to talk to and I wouldn’t mind coming in if I’m in the area again just because of his helpfulness!! I would say I was there no more than 15-20 minutes.

Thank You Marvin and thank you Kinecta for having your first location for us to get our replacement cards!

Also...there’s a Trader Joe’s right next door! How convenient is that.

I would highly recommend Kinecta Federal Credit Union in Redondo Beach. I've been a customer for several years. They always greet you with a smile and friendly attitude . They are very knowledgeable. They have great loan rates - they helped me out with a loan during the pandemic that really saved me. They have great hours, including Saturdays and their customer service goes above and beyond any other business I have experienced. I cannot say enough good things about this branch and the personnel. They are absolutely lovely. Dog friendly branch as well!!

Late in the day today I was in the branch in The Riviera RB. To begin with Jairo was helping me. After a couple minutes Luis came to help. Both of them were extremely helpful & we were able to accomplish what I needed. Andrea was also in the branch & while not involved in helping me she was very polite & welcoming. It's so nice to have a business, like Kinecta Redondo Beach, that still give customers that personal touch, friendly and welcoming, and excellent customer service anytime of the day. Kinecta is awesome! Who would think anyone could get excited about a credit union? Well, the Redondo Beach Kinecta is special--the staff members are knowledgeable and they make complicated matters clear. And they're so friendly! I was really disappointed when this former Wahoo's location became a credit union, but Kinecta has really been helpful to me, and now I'm glad they're here!

The tellers at the Redondo Beach Rivera Village branch treat my wife and I like family. Luis Alvarado the Financial Advocate always looks out for us making sure our accounts, debit and credit cards are the best and most up to date. He also make sure our money is invested in the most appropriate accounts for our needs.
