Do not go with Thomas Brown. He did a terrible job not explaining anything that was given to him for the home/pool and land inspection and even kept one from us until after we closed on the house. He said he forgot to give it to us and has cost us almost a million dollars in debt. The house is not habitable nor livable, it has no runny water, the toilet won’t flush and the wells are broken. The seller lied on the disclosed forms. We are suing all of them but I am most disappointed at Thomas for not showing us the inspection reports and claiming everything was in great working condition. He was in it for the paycheck all along.
