Had to reschedule an appointment because my puppy was extremely sick & ended up passing away later that day. When I walked in to sign paperwork Grace was rude to me about missing the appointment. Then because I'd been on the run all day my phone was dead. She asked me if I was going to be able to charge it so she could call me later, again being rude. If I'm paying you to do a job for me I expect some respect not disrespect. Won't go there again.

Walked in and there’s was only 1 worker and she was busy on a phone call with a client asked me to wait nicely and she wasn’t able to attend me so I walked out. DO YOU GUYS NOT HAVE WORKERS?!!!!!
