The wait time in line is horrendous. It doesn't matter what time or day it is. I've waited from 20 minutes to 45 minutes in line just to make a car payment. If it wasn't for having a car loan through them I would never bank here as a customer. I do all my other banking with EECU and Bank of America and don't have this problem. Fyi if you pay your car loan with a debit card from a different bank, they will charge you a $10 fee. They don't offer over the phone or online payments either.

Same rude teller every time. Will avoid this location as much as possible. Know it all attitude when you are just asking genuine questions. Customer service over the phone was so much more helpful. Apparently their policies vary depending on which branch you go to. I’ve set up a new account elsewhere after about 9 years with this credit union.

Golden One credit union staff are friendly and accommodating. I got everything that I needed during my visit. So far Golden One has the highest CD in our neighborhood banks. I've been Golden One customer for over 2 decades now. Thank you, Golden One Bank.

Worst credit union you could possibly pick. We have been members here for almost 10 years. The only black marks on our credit are from this place and their horrible systems.
They created separate profiles for me, my wife, and our joint auto loan. They swear they cannot merge them. So we have to do three separate transfers each month just to pay our vehicle loan, which cannot be paid from an external account.
The best part is that Zelle is down on their platform most days. And internal transfers will randomly take a week to process, or just won't show up at all. Payments WITH CONFIRMATION SCREENS will just never be withdrawn. Then your credit will get hit.
I've talked to actual branch managers and showed them my payment confirmations. They still refused to reverse any of the credit dings or late fees. And this was when we had almost $200k sitting in their bank.
As I sit here today, their Zelle is down again. I can't move the money between accounts to pay the vehicle.
We already moved our savings out of this place. As soon as this stupid loan is done, I will never use them for anything else.
We have two businesses, all our personal stuff, two mortgages, and three cars. They would have gotten all of this business with either 1) customer portals that aren't broken continuously or 2) competent customer service. Unfortunately, they lack both.

Karen was horrible super unprofessional, super rude and disappointment. I asked her to help me send a wireless check did not want to help me. Apparently she did not know what she was doing. She kept telling me to help her and everything was in the piece of paper that I gave her and she kept telling me she never done a wireless and she’s been with the company for a while. Instead, she rolled her eyes and made me be in line for 34 minutes just to tell me she can not help me. She was super rude and disappointment I do not understand why she works at customer service you know you’re going to deal with people I understand if I was disrespectful or rude. I was not because I myself work at a retail and I totally understand the stressed, but she handled the situation so wrong she told me to go sit down if I needed to speak to the manager, she kept my papers and an I had to reminders her to give me my papers. She kept nagging at me that I needed my ID and I gave her two apparently you need a drivers license when I had a Real ID I had a both it just shows that she did not want to help and she was upset about something. I don’t know if she was mad about something at work or home and she should not took it out on me and stay home. If you’re upset you should stay home and not come to work and take it out on the customer. It really shows your character. The manager had to help me he apologized and her behalf. But the damage was there and left a bitter taste in my mouth in location here Fresno.

I’m not one to ever take the time to sit down and write a review but after my horrible experience at this branch I couldn’t just let it go with out expressing my experience. The teller by the name of KAREN, no pun intended her name was actually Karen. Karen was extremely rude and was talking to me as if i was trying to commit fraud and talking down to me as if I didn’t have a cent to my name. I was depositing a personal check that I wrote from my own account, into a friends account who banks at golden one. I had a card with my friends name and account number for her reference so she knew what account to deposit the check into. I’m not a member with this bank and have done this in the past for family members and friends who bank here and have never had an issue with other tellers at this bank until today. She asked for my ID and was looking back and forth at my ID as if it wasn’t me. I haven’t gained weight or changed drastically since my ID was taken so this was extremely uncomfortable and off putting. She then takes my ID and my check and makes the deposit and after the transaction was finished she through my receipt at me and then followed to toss my ID back at me as well. I’m a local business owner myself and customer service is something I take very seriously so this experience was extremely frustrating and I will be sure the next time I’m at this bank I will not be dealing with Karen. Sorry I’m not white Karen, and that I don’t fit your narrative of what a person with money should look like. I’ll be sure to remember this experience when anyone asks me for references (which I do get) when it comes to banking and where they should bank.
