This review has nothing to do with this branch. It is concerning their Zelle payment system. Worthless in both of my attempts thus far. They say it’s Zelle, then they say it’s the recipient…..actually I don’t think anyone really knows. If it doesn’t work, don’t offer it. I hope this delay doesn’t mess up my appointment with the company I’m trying to pay.

Honestly been with this bank for years but never follows through. I been asking to speak to a home loan officer or advisor which they said would call me in a week and it’s been over month. I follow up and it’s the same circle over and over.

Johnny helped me and he said he was printing my debit card and to wait off to the side while it printed totally forgot about me and had me wait for 20 extra minutes while the card sat there because his co worker reminded him I was waiting there. Bad experience zero stars if I could!

The fact that when I came in at 3:15 and there was like 5 cashier and like 15 people on line, I would of assumed it was going to go fast. Now it's 4:45 and there's still about 17 people on line and 2 cashier and like 4 workers in the back just chillen and talking and smiling with each other. So dear manager please fix your sht and get your people straight. I can't keep recommending this bank when it's like that when I need to go in. It's just a disgrace to give u guys more than 2 start. If it's always pack why not keep up with it.

While the sign may say Mon-Fri 9AM-6PM they may decide to open later in the day. It looks like today it will be 10:00am this Friday.
I usually like the customer service with Golden 1 and would still recommend them to friends, however today has not been the best experience at this branch. I would expect a notice on the door to indicate a change in branch hours. This would be helpful so customers don’t have to stand an extra hour outside waiting for it to open.

The lines are to long. 20 min wait today. On most days it's even longer than that. Something has to be done about this.

Use this credit union at your own risk! Strangers took my senior disabled mom into the bank and withdrew thousands and when I called to get information for the police report they promised to call back that was 2 weeks ago! They will allow your money to be stolen and won't do anything about it beware!
