This review is long overdue because I’ve struggled to find the right words to truly express our deep gratitude for Annie B. and her incredible team. She helped us sell what felt like an "unsellable" house that had been sitting on the market for over four months with no interest under another agent. Annie, however, managed to get it sold in less than 30 days—and she did so before re-listing it! Yes, she sold it off-market, securing a fair and beneficial deal for everyone involved.

Annie's dedication to excellence is unmatched. As someone who values great customer service, both in giving and receiving, she and her team exceeded every expectation. Within hours of our first chat, she had visited the property, took pictures and narrated a video walkthrough with her feedback for what things needed to be done in order to sell the house. We did everything she said and the house sold. Additionally, we felt so helpless because we currently live in Florida and this house was in Maryland. Selling a house in person is difficult, remote sales add an additional layer of complexity. Not only did she manage the entire process remotely, she made all the moving pieces easy to understand and easy to accomplish.

Despite our home being priced under $200k, Annie treated the sale as though it were a high-end property. She was perpetually available and we always felt supported by her and her team. I thought for sure we’d be handed off to some newer agent after the initial call but she remained engaged throughout and even after the closing of the deal. I wholeheartedly recommend Annie without hesitation. Her professionalism, combined with her personable approach, made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable—even from a different state! She also connected us with top-notch vendors to handle necessary repairs, all of whom delivered excellent results at great prices. Annie has built an extraordinary team and runs a truly first-class operation. We couldn’t have asked for more and have already recommended her to many of our family and friends still in Maryland.
