I have done my taxes here for over 5 years. He's very honest and helpful. He knows his stuff and I trust him that's why I come back year after year despite the super RUDE staff. This year however I couldn't take their bad attitude and walked out after waiting for over an hour. To start she was acting like she was the tax preparer. Took my w2's, made copies of my papers, typed in some numbers and said your getting x amount of money from federal and x amount of $ from state. I said wait this is not the usual process. Usually you make copies, I wait and he does my taxes. She said that's not the process anymore cause hes too busy plus there's no need to see him I did the same thing he would of done. I said well I'm here for him otherwise I can just go home and do it myself using turbo tax or one of those free tax apps. She said fine you can see him. So I sit and wait to be called assuming I'm next cause when I arrived no one was waiting. Nope I was not called in next she called in someone who had walked in and signed in after me. I questioned her and she said we are basing it in the order that you signed in. I said I arrived before her. She walked in 5 minutes after me and signed in after me, I saw it with my own eyes. She had the worst attitude and tried to make it seem like I was in the wrong so I asked for my originals and copies and walked out. Hate to leave a bad review cause hes awesome at what he does, but I shouldn't have to tolerate bad attitudes especially when I'm paying $100.00 or more for the services. These ladies are the worst.

Best experience doing taxes. It was crowded(tax season obviously) we signed up, registered and provided information. We were told there was a two hour wait so we went home to eat and rest... We went back after the two hrs, we were helped right away and everything was quick and smooth! 🙂

Husband and I have been doing our taxes with this guy since we got married and we love his honest and his work. We moved far away but were still going back to Navarro this year 🙂
