Would never go with them again. Had to call and report them to the California department of insurance. Everything was good in the beginning even given a great price then when I got my first bill the charge was $900 more than what I was told it will be, called three times to get it resolved and every time I called I was hung up on( no I never came off rude) Was very disappointed because I was looking forward to having a policy with them.

I absolutely have to come on here and let everyone know how amazing my experience was here at Prime Stop. I was in desperate need of new insurance as my last company was getting me for an arm and a leg. I got a quote from Yolanda and I came in the same day! She was great at explaining all the coverages and options and helped me find a policy that fit all my needs and more importantly, my budget!! Prime stop insurance has left me in a bad position as they lied to me and said that I would get my money back after they lied the first time and said a price that wasn’t accurate to what I would actually be paying so I had to cancel. I’m out $450 dollars to this place now when Yolanda told me herself that i would be receiving a full refund in good faith. They backtracked on that statement and told me i can’t do Anything about it. Please find a different insurance if you care about having a honest relationship with your insurance company and don’t want to part ways with your money for absolutely 0 reason.

This insurance company approved me for a quote at the dealership and after I got home with the car, the insurance quote went up $2000 difference. Do not trust any of the workers at prime stop insurance, including Susanna and Yolanda. They will lie to you and tell you anything to keep your money and/or not have to pay you. I have proof of them blatantly lying. Unacceptable.
