Absolutely brilliant experience, one of the few elements of calm and structure in an otherwise chaotic experience of moving house. I will absolutely be using Complete Mortgages again when it comes time to renew, and I have since recommended them to multiple people, at least two of whom have taken out mortgages with them. Our representative changed halfway through our purchase process and yet the handover was completely seamless, a credit to the team at Complete Mortgages. We ourselves also needed to change mortgage options for a number of reasons and the team handled it without any complaint, and very quickly. Them also having the in-house insurance function was also a life-saver and another stress off the to do list. A brilliant experience.

We were selling/buying a property and the process took more than we anticipated. During this long period, there were changes in personal circumstances, there were changes in interest rates, etc. Complete Mortgages were always there and they were very patient and supportive with everything that was going around. Only have positive things to say about complete mortgages and everyone we spoke too there. We had Jo as our main advisor who was great from start to finish. She explains everything so well and was always on hand to come up with advice and new strategies when needed along the way. Its safe to say our move wasn't the easiest but was made alot less stressful with her guidance. We also spoke with aimee too who was assisting who was just as helpful and great with keeping us updated along the way.

We also used their services to update our insurances which had become a bit outdated. This was all handled by natalie who was also great and made it all really simple and easy for us to sort.
