I had used John Francis Narberth to assist with selling my property. I dealt with Jess & Alison mainly who were excellent to deal with, but the team as a whole including Martin made the selling process easy with their professionalism, communication & availability to assist with any queries or concerns raised. They seeem have very strong sales record in the area i sold my property, and i would not hesitate in recommending them.

Just a generally poor experience buying a new build. They didn’t pass on vital information that meant, due to building delays, we will spend nearly £8000 more on our mortgage over the course of the 5 year fix. They never apologised or acknowledged their error and continued pressurising us to exchange when they knew of the delay and the issues it had caused us. They also continued to repeatedly send me details for random houses I “might be interested in” which were way over budget. They called me half a dozen times as “we know you are looking for a property” and were always shocked when I informed them we had exchanged on one of theirs! Having also had a poor experience with a previous sale that fell through with Cardigan branch I would honestly never use John Francis again as they just stank of incompetence.

Having moved a number of times over the years I did have a level of cynicism towards the way Estate agents operate. However, my experience with John Francis selling my property has restored my faith. The service from start to finish was nothing short of impeccable. Alison, Jared, and Martin are a delight to deal with, always professional, honest, and trustworthy in the handling of my property sale and most importantly for me was the excellent and prompt communication. Martin, Ali and Jared provided a friendly and professional service from start to finish. I was selling from a distance, and they went above and beyond in terms of sorting out minor problems at the property on my behalf and also by conducting the handover for me upon completion. I felt that they really understood the house and were therefore able to convey their positive thoughts about it to potential buyers.

I have been entirely happy with the relationship I've had, and the support I've received, from the staff at John Francis, Narberth throughout my recent house sale.

They have been ready at the end of the phone whenever I had a query and always replied promptly and chased up and supplied information when required.
They liaised between myself, the conveyancer and the purchaser and always acted professionally, courteously and cheerfully.

I couldn't have asked for a better team to smooth the way through an emotional time.
I would be more than happy to recommend them.
I'm hoping not to be selling another home for a very long time (!) but should I need to, I would definitely head back to your door-
