I have tried every way to contact this guy short of going down, which I can't because I work typical work hours. Has not responded to a single email, answered any phone calls, or returned any messages.

Edit: I was finally able to get a hold of someone after several attempts in a row and my issue was resolved. If the next time I have to speak to someone goes well, I will raise my rating. If it is just as difficult, I will leave it as is.

Edit #2: Probably a year later. Couldn't reach anyone at this office. I pay way too much to put up with this kind of customer service.

Easy to park in front. Front door just a few steps away. No long halls or stairway to climb to get to the office. Clean well lighted waiting room.

Quickly transfered my insurance plan. Walked in and walked out with the new insurance plan for the new state. Will continue to use. Staff were polite and plesent to work with. Will continue to use Allstate as my car insurance.

Nice little quaint office. No waiting. As I signed up over phone I went into office to get paperwork insurance card etc. Tried to make payment while I was there but said they couldn't at the time.
I like All State Insurance and Auto Club.
