Janet Lin and State Farm insure my parents home in the sunset district of San Francisco. As my parents are elderly, I have been working with Anita Tsang Scribner from Janet's office. Janet Lin’s office has been amazing in helping to manage my insurance policies over the last few years. Everyone on the team is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. When I bought renter’s insurance in 2020, it was a smooth process, and I was given advice on what was a reasonable amount to cover given my possessions moving into my first apartment. I appreciated that I was not pushed to buy renter’s insurance worth more than my belongings and was guided on what would be best for coverage purposes. When I moved to Virginia and needed car insurance, Janet Lin’s team made the transition seamless in getting my information over to an agency in Central Virginia who could help insure my car. I was impressed by thoroughness of information transferred to the point that there wasn’t much I had to provide to the Virginia agency to get set up. From my experience setting up renter’s insurance (in the past), car insurance, and life insurance, Janet Lin’s office has been nothing but helpful and caring for each client’s best interest. The collaboration between each team member and how they leverage each other’s strengths to the team and ultimately to serve their clients is unique and not something I have seen to the same level in other State Farm agencies.
