He got on the phone with me and gave me some quick quotes, but also educated me about the current state of homeowners insurance in California -- which is a mess. He was super up-to-date on the latest legislative and policy developments. He ended up recommending I stay where I was, and re-evaluate later once the homeowners insurance mess settles down. He is very client focused and has always tailored the insurance to our needs! 15 years ago when we purchased our home he advised me to get a certain type of insurance coverage I never considered getting. I am very grateful that he advised me to get it because the insurance came to be very valuable to us when we had issues with the property.
