Woo Insurance took care of our house insurance right away and provided good direction. Michelle Woo is the best. Our only issue was when Farmers Insurance raised our rate significantly at the last minute before our purchase. Not at all happy about that. Michelle herself tried to address the issue, to no avail.

They went from super responsive to ghosting us when Farmers cancelled our policy and we asked for a rough quote from the CA Fair plan for fire coverage. This was after politely asking twice on a rough range for the CA Fair plan. We simply found another broker and agency that wrote our policy.

Jack and Michelle Woo are the most incredible insurance agents I have ever worked with. They care about their clients. Whenever I call them I get a call back the same day.
