Morgan (branch manager) was great throughout, keeping me regularly updated and responding to all my queries promptly and in a positive, friendly manner. She was able to chase up solicitors on both sides of the sale to move things along when needed. Great service from start to finish, would happily recommend.

Really, the loveliest letting agency I've dealt with ever. They have been prompt in replying to our questions and very clear and transparent throughout the whole process.
We just got the keys for our new flat today and they have been fantastic.
I've rented with most of the bigger letting agents in Nottingham and this one has been the best for sure. If/when the time comes to buy a place, we'll be going with them for sure.

We've been at our current rental property for a month and can honestly say we've had such a great experience of Frank Innes Nottingham so far. It's a huge contrast to the letting agent we had before moving who were not great at all - so to have a letting agent now who are competent, pleasant and quick to act really is a breath of fresh air and has taken some getting used to! Throughout the viewing and application process they were pleasant, honest and so helpful, and that's continued now we're in the property. Renting can be really difficult so finding a decent landlord with a decent letting agent has made all the difference to us!

Just collected our keys to the property we have rented through Frank Innes Nottingham. They made the whole process easy and stress free for me and my partner. The staff were kind and patient, particularly Amber who handled the rental procedure for the property. She was incredibly helpful and patient with our phone calls asking questions, taking the time to reply to us and talking us through each stage. Would recommend this agency to anyone looking to move in the area.

Horrible experience as a tenant so far in Nottingham. I’ve requested the property to be fully cleaned and mould removed as condition of the offer. Agent assured me everything is done. When I got into the property it stinks so bad of mould. So much maintenance needs to be done in the property and frank Innes don’t want to know anything about it. Landlord is awful at responding, they were supposed to get someone to come in the first week - still nothing. The windows won’t fully close as closing mechanism is broken and a draft always comes in - reported it but nothing. Please stay away from Frank Innes in Nottingham. I’ve been with other letting agencies and they are so professional and so on it. Very disappointed.

Appalling customer service from Amber and the team. Wanted to view a property at River Crescent and if I was the landlord I would not be impressed! I would like to add that I am actually a landlord and if my agents treated prospective tenants the way you do I would be appalled. I am not quite sure how I can have an email confirmation from the branch manager Glen regarding a 2 bed property and confirming a viewing with date time etc. Another phone call with a message from Amber the next day to call them. Call them back the next day as I couldn’t get through the day Amber called and another lady called Lauren answers. She states it’s just to confirm the viewing for that building (even though I have by email) and me stating that we wanted to see all the two bed properties in this building and the letting agent actually saying “yes three beds in this building are out of your price range” I also say we aren’t looking for a 3 bed. “We will bring the keys and show you all the two beds on Saturday”Lauren responded. Great I thought… to get to Saturday and to receive yet another phone call (yet again another message to call Amber) to confirm again that we will be attending the viewing and I specified “yes the two bed online and all the two beds in the building” that are available as I saw there was more than one online. Then be told from Amber “I thought it was three beds”. Yet again she says she will call me back and yet again I get a message to call her and to be told that they hadn’t informed the 2 bed properties and that we couldn’t view the two beds blaming it all on communication and misunderstanding. Angry is beyond what I feel, considering this has been three phone calls from them and confirmation of 2 bed viewings and me and my husband rearranging plans to see these properties not to mention the time it’s taking me on my work breaks to constantly call back. Miscommunication is not an excuse after e-mails, a form, phone calls. Then to be told “we can arrange a viewing at another point”well you can’t even get the first viewing correctly organised after three calls and e-mail so why on earth do you believe you can get it correct a second time. Avoid at all costs!!! Oh and when leaving messages please state what the issue actually is as fed up with receiving messages of “can you call us” and it’s just confirmations..I can see all the confirmations I made that we were viewing these properties didn’t make much of a difference.

Staff are really kind and friendly, but the handling of our rental was very poor. We viewed a property, and put in an application and paid holding deposit at the same time. We were told that despite paying a holding fee, they were still going to go ahead and reference other applicants because the landlord had a “poor experience.” We tried calling, emailing and leaving messages and nobody got back to us. We saw on rightmove they were still advertising the property despite our holding deposit meaning it should have been taken off the market. We completed our referencing, and still nobody contacted us. My partner phoned and explained that due to the poor handling and communication, and the lack of security despite paying a holding deposit we would like it refunded and don’t want to move forward. The staff member said they would phone right back, and then didn’t. My partner had to chase up again. They have said they will issue a refund, but we are still waiting for an email confirmation and the money to come through. Very friendly staff, but really poor experience.

Reducing my review to one star as they have illegally kept my holding deposit for nearly two weeks.

Very poor service.Recently purchased a property through Frank inns Nottingham branch.Initially they told there is no chain for the property and at the end stage came to know that there was 5 chains in that deal. so the process was delay and too long.The staffs also not supportive ,they will not give adequate information and there is no proper followup,if we will ring them also no response.Also when we went to collect the key the behavior of one of the staff(Tiger sing)was very irritating as she just kept our key in the table and told as to take,we felt very bad ...so we were very disappointed all the buyers buying a property with lots of struggles and efforts so at least keep that in mind.also while giving just give it in a box or something like attractive that key have so much value.
I will not recommend your agency to anyone.
