I personally like this locale. The Front Desk, Tellers and Bankers are all friendly and welcoming.

Outside there are several lanes to handle your transactions with a Teller onscreen or self serve.

Inside, they just put in new soft flooring which is nice especially for those with mobility issues. At the entrance you are welcomed and asked to type in your account number or social if you wish to speak to a Banker. The Front desk person also asks why you are needing one. This way they have your account available and know what your visit pertains to. There is seating to wait for a Banker. When the Banker is ready to see you they offer water or coffee which is a nice gesture.

If you don’t require assistance you can wait in the Teller line. Or if you have a lot of change you can take it to the machine and then get a slip with the amount to take to the Teller for cash or deposit.

Upon leaving you are thanked for coming in.

They are open through the week and from 9am to 1pm on Saturday making banking convenient. Occasionally, the outside machines are not able to assist. They get used too much that you may not be able to withdraw or deposit. That isn’t the common but it has happened. Overall I am pleased!

You absolutely need to do something about the electronic tellers. Myself and everyone I know who uses this bank have to do 3-4 attempts on average to deposit money due to the machine returning cash (yes it is clean, straight, not torn) or it’ll let me get all the way to the end of the process then tell me the transaction cannot be completed. There’s at least one hiccup every visit without fail.

I needed an auto loan and all the rates at opposing banks were sky high. Also, this was the first time I was asking for a loan by myself as an adult so I was super nervous. Ascend gave us a very reasonable rate and the loan was approved same day! Dominique was our loan expert and made the process so easy! She was very personable and guided us through the process with clarity. She made the car buying process much easier than it could have been! Thank you!
