First met with Terre in March of 24 for my 2023 tax return. Gave all essential information and discussed her doing an amended return for 22. Communication was slow and irregular. She asked for additional documents in May, one of which she already had, and the other was for the amended return, I delivered both. I reached out again in June to see if the returns were completed, to find out they weren't, and I returned in July ro try and finish the amended return, which I thought was accomplished. I finally recieved an email about my amended return being filed on sep 5th, months after it should have been. Now I am waiting on money still in November.

I do not recommend the agency for personal tax returns.
