I have been a member at this bank for over 10 years and all of Gain’s employees are marvelously helpful. They’ve assisted me wonderfully over the years from personal accounts to business accounts, personal loans to credit cards. Karina Zepeda has specifically gone above and beyond every single time I come in for bank teller service…she is personable, professional, composed and makes you feel like a friend who’s helping out. I’m grateful that Gain has such beautiful staff members to make their customers feel welcome and taken care of, and I thank them for the many years of financial service.

14 business days and multiple messages to the branch and I finally get an answer why my replacement card has never arrived. Someone could have notified me earlier, but all I'd get is a sarcastic message reminding me how many days ago my claim was made. Unprofessional to say the least. Steer clear if you're looking for a credit union. Gain truly does not care about their members, you're just a number like the big banks.

I’ve been a member here for over 10 years. Their customer service, their lending department, the overall banking experience here is terrible.
I signed up when it was Burbank FCU, since they changed its gone down hill, fast! Many other better credit union options.

I've been with this credit union since 2006. Always helpful, good service, employees are happy and like their job. That says a lot. Easy to find. Ample free parking. ATM and drive thru are available. Nice, clean bathrooms and exceptional childs play area.

My friend has been talking about gain credit union for months now and how good there loans are. I decided to get a loan and buyout my leased car. The service was great and the teller which was Allen, helped us out tremendously. Another person who helped us out was Cynthia, she was in charge of loan processing. Overall, great experience here at gain and thank you for helping me get my car loan.

Big shout out to Louis and Cindi!!! They made my auto loan process quick and easy! I came in with the documentation requested and walked out with a check for the dealership. 10/10 customer service!!! Was the easiest process I've ever been through regarding purchasing a vehicle! Facility is very modern and clean and staff is excellent!
