horrible company
horrible credit unit
was tricked into refi of my loan by Arturo whom is not knowledgeable as a result ended up have gap canceled
please be aware prior to and contact with Arturo or this credit union has they are NOT knowledgeable will end up increasing your risk instead of helping decrease risk
now my gap is canceled due to their lack of knowledge, can't get gap, and god knows where refund is
screw this want to be back

my loan payment arrived day after Christmas on a Tuesday

1 day after the grace period, even though banks were closed and no mail

sure, I'll mail my checks sooner from now on so I'm not late again. this was my first late payment!

but I'm not ever getting a loan thru this place again.

i asked if they could waive the fee for the holiday...

Lady said, no, we don't have the ability to do that. ok

well for a $41 late fee, it just cost you my future business with you. And, neither should you if you're reading this.

these people are a joke, very hard to get a hold of anyone and will its worth paying 1 point higher in interest and going with bank than this joke of credit units not recommend
