Do Not open a bank account and have a loan with this place at the same time. They will take money from your accounts without even informing you to satisfy loans. Eaither have only loans or only bank never both.

MONTHLY, I have to come in to get a new card due to the chip and strip randomly becoming faulty. I run my business off this account and it's extremely inconvenient to constantly have to change all my business bills and expenses to a new card. I've also been stranded on vacations with a card that stops working. This has got to be fixed!

MACU has always been good to me. The customer service is always excellent. They continually go above and beyond. I have used many of their offered services.
