Sold a Single Family home in 2024 in Venice, Venice, CA

We just closed escrow selling our first home purchased in 1976. The home was 700 square feet and recently gutted with a plan to do a complete remodel. The kitchen, bathroom, several walls and flooring were removed. Then we decided to scrap that plan and review our options by selling as is. After interviewing a number of realtors it became clear that Team Pardee had a creative way to market our home with no flooring, kitchen, bathroom and several walls knocked out. They went to work and created a magical concept to market the home. It was amazing to watch how they pulled off getting us a price that far exceeded our expectations. It was a joy from day one to work with Tami’s entire team. They will always be in our heart for the work and dedication put into selling our first home purchased in 48 years ago.
