If it was not for Nora having such great customer service and professionalism I would have walked away due to a not so great experience with another employee at the agency. Nora stepped in and really turned things around for me. Customer service & care is everything to me and I felt Nora should be recognized for it.

We remodeled a house in Los Banos and needed to rent it. We interviewed several companies and chose this one as they seemed to be organized and responsive. After being with them over a year, I can assure you that they are GREAT! If something goes wrong with the house, a leak, an electrical problem, or the AC, they have vetted workers who they can call, and are usually reasonably priced. The rent is collected and deposited on time. The office staff is easy to work with and very responsive. I recommend this company to you if you need property management.

I highly recommend working with Los Banos Property Management Services (LBPMS). The ladies in the office are the best. Jeana and her team are very professional, courteous, and responsive. They are understanding and always willing to work with you. They are great and quick to fix any issue that comes up. I could call them with every question I had, and I always got an answer. They are all around awesome!
