I worked with TJ as a dual rep for a slightly unusual property sale. TJ was very communicative, answering all my questions and setting correct expectations. Ultimately, TJ took care of everything that he said he would even when there were roadblocks in his way. Had a contract for a house. Agent Paul C took another offer on the house the day before my inspection even tho we had a contract written up and both parties signed it..the buyer and seller both happen to be his clients.. shady company morals
