Amy was outstanding and I would work with her again.

With any other broker, our home sale would have been challenging:
- Our mom moved to another state before selling the house and COVID prevented her being present during the process
- While it was in good condition, the house had a unique appearance that was not going to appeal to all buyers, and it was somewhat dated inside

But Amy took it all in stride and was AMAZING. She started by doing a room-by-room video where she gave her assessment and told us what needed to be moved around, cleaned up, put away etc. She strategized a reasonable listing price. And then she helped stage the house, took pictures and got the house on the market in less than a week(!), and then had several showings. Best of all, we got our first (and winning) offer in just 5 days! And then she confidently guided us through the intricacies of the closing process. Even in a hot market, I was impressed.

Laura and JLawrence Realty tried to sell me a house that they miss represented in a listing. They took my deposit and are currently holding it even a year after the house has been sold to someone else. They are refusing to send it back as they believe the estate might sue all parties. If you want to risk your money like I have hire that agency! Shady listing led to an almost mistake of a purchase. Unfortunately, I am sure Laura did not realize she was selling property that was misrepresented in her listing at the time based on what she was told by the homeowner. Her agency has lost a few customers by word of mouth and I will continue to warn others as I have a bigger reach then that agency knows (Military, fire service, VFW's, etc). Good luck and be careful.
