First, Su-Lan is extremely professional and has strategic planning in this blind biding market. She understands the market trends very well and provides her professional considerations in each house/ location we interested. In our case, she never pushed us to bid by the highest price. Instead, she always told us the bidding price should be the one we feel comfortable and she tried to help buyers to save the budget. She helped us to negotiate a lot for the best price in the range of our budget. She really stands with buyer's side to provide her comments!!

Su-Lan also has a very strong network and experience in this field! I believe this is so important for the first-time buyer, especially since we did not know anyone. She referred us to very helpful lenders, house insurance agents, fermentation providers, house remodeling specialists, remodeling material vendors, etc, even in buying the electric appliance. She indeed saw their great work and she even used those vendors before. She never pushed us to use any specific company or lender. Instead, she always told us to compare the best price and select the best one in our case. When everyone heard Su-Lan, they told us how wonderful she is. In the end, almost every of our stage and selection got a very great deal!! We really appreciated Su-Lan help us a lot in this saving to build our first house.

Last but not the least, Su-Lan loves her job and work diligently!! She respects her job and really enjoy to work on the challenge case. We believe this is so important if we can work with someone who firstly respects and love her job than making money. She always has the prompt-out response to answers our questions. She describes her answer in detail with lots of patience as our buyers are nervous and stressful. When she writes the offer for us, she must visit the house by herself. Even the listing agent appraised Su-Lan's delicate offer writing...:) make us so proud of our agent Su-Lan. In our case, we have so many interesting houses, Su-Lan takes every of our decision very seriously, visit by herself, protect buying's benefit and analyze the pros and cons for the buyer to consider.

After we win this house, Su-Lan still stands with us until the very final process and give us her experience. This is our first house in the Bay area. We also learn a lot from this AMAZING lady during this stressful buying process! We feel so thankful and lucky that we can have her as our buying agent. From every aspect we observed during this buying process, she is a rare wonderful realtor.

If we could have our second one in the future, we definitely want to work with Su-Lan together. We trust Su-Lan, respect her work, and EXTREMELY recommend her to our friends, family and business associates in the future!!

Su-Lan is by far the most hardworking person I have ever worked with, but especially her diligence as a realtor is unmatched. In the hunt for my own home she worked with me for three whole months of late nights and heavy correspondence. I looked at over fifty houses, and placed bids five times. Every single week, I could expect ridiculously quick responses to all of my questions, even if they sometimes went out in the middle of the night, and astounding amount of attention to detail that bears a degree of scrutiny not found elsewhere. She turned me from knowing nothing about houses to what it feels like to be an experienced housebuyer, as if I spontaneously absorbed her many years of watching the housing market and its pitfalls. Su-Lan is relentless when it comes to negotiation; she always looks out for the buyer, whether it means quickly pointing out issues with the house, or if the selling agent appears to be shifty, or if she can pull out a deal that nobody could have possibly imagined.

Every single piece of documentation I can trust Su-Lan to have personally looked over. She doesn't rely on assistants, which means all of her paperwork she has touched with her own two hands, and this is truly amazing because this kind of diligence reaps so many benefits. Other agents are likely to miss small things, such as being able to shift the closing date until after a weekend or requesting the seller to pay for hundreds of dollars worth of small payments to negotiating keeping appliances, but not Su-Lan.

Finally, Su-Lan is incredibly well connected. There are hundreds of lenders and contractors out there these days that will do nothing less than cheat you out of your money with less than scrupulous methods and dodgy misdirection. Su-Lan knows this environment well, and knows many trustworthy lenders and contractors. I was personally connected with a lender that gave a rate undercutting literally every single rate that could be found online, and the contractors she has provided me with are truly competent in their trade.

In many ways, the five stars I put here aren't quite enough to convey the quality of Su-Lan as a realtor. If you're lucky enough to have her as your realtor, I don't think you'll ever be able to stand anybody who works in realty ever again.

Su-Lan helped us to find our first home. As a first time home buyer, I felt a bit stressful, becuase I didn't know where to start, will the agent push you, etc. But this feeling was all gone when we first met her, she simply explained everything to us with details and examples, helped us to understand each steps, and let ourselves to lead the process. On open house days, she would always put together a list of homes and plan the trip. She helped us look into the details of each home, analyze the pros & cons. She is very knowledgeable about home condition, remodeling, and investment value. There were manay important things I would have missed if she wasn't there. Also, as an agent, she never pushed us buying a home, instead, she would always simply show you the facts, and try to keep you claim. This is really important because sometime buyers can be blind when they see a good listing. In such cases, she'll help you claim down, tell you what flaws there is, and prevent you from making such a big decision when you're not thinking straight. This is so important, you don't want to regret your decision. When we finally decided to send an offer, she was able to help us to figure out where the reasonable price would be, bargain and get a very good deal, lower than what I thought we should offer. And she insisted to install a driveway mirror for us for safety reason becuase it's on the street. As a person, she is simply too kind.
