We were introduced to Jay by one of our friends who had recently worked with Jay. When we first started our search we had a very limited understanding of the process and of the house market. From our very first meeting it was apparent that Jay was exactly what we were looking for. He took the time, almost 3 hours, to patiently explain each step of the process and answer all of our questions. He gave us a great overview of the process so that we knew what to expect and made both of us feel that we had a great partner who would have our best interest in mind.

What I really liked in Jay is his flexibility and responsiveness. He was very accommodating and showed us a large number of houses working off of our schedule. He was available to talk at any time, including nights and weekends and he was available to meet within the same day with very limited notice. Jay always followed up with action items based on our conversations and helped us find our home in less than three months.

Jay even introduced us to various lenders so that we could choose the one that better worked for our needs but he also personally helped us navigate the offer and closing stages. Jay was with us during closing and provided us with very helpful recommendations and advice from his past experience.
