Just closed a condo purchase with Pam as our buyer’s broker. Buying a home is a stressful ordeal but her professionalism, easy going manners and vast knowledge has made the process so much better.

From first meeting her to viewing homes to making offers and closing, she was on top of things, made an honest effort to really understand what we were looking for and suggested/found listings that seemed to fit our criteria well, even if our preferences were evolving as we kept looking at more and more homes and figuring out what we liked. Pam Tyson has been our family real estate agent for over 10 years. Our family first hired Pam to help my brother with the sale of his home. We then found ourselves in need again when our mom was moving from SF into a retirement community; sadly, our mom passed away unexpectedly in the middle of the transaction. Pam handled everything wonderfully and we were blessed to have sold to a wonderful family who was more than understanding about the uniqueness of needing to get the papers signed properly given our mom's passing.

Fast forward to 2021 and my husband & I discovered his work would be moving out of state.
