When is comes to real estate class in the Bay Area, there's only handful of them are good in term of quality , how good/experienced the instructor is, plus how well the class can give you the test prep you need towards the exam. After searching and inquiring, this is the place to be, especially if you prefer learning in Chinese! Due to my parents and relatives want to participate with real estate investing in US therefore I been suggested to get the license. I been searching online for good schools, and saw a few of my friends were graduated from this school, so I decided to give it a try as the school offer first class sit in listen for free. The class has many time availabilities such as weekday and weekend, mine was every Sunday 10:30AM to 1PM. First time listening to Professor Ben, I am already triggered to make up mind to stay with this school. Professor Ben is an amazing teach and a great person, I not only learn the "real deal" but also many great history along with the real estate market where you wouldn’t normally learn elsewhere, moreover, I am very admired with Professor Ben as a person and a businessman, his personality, mindset, and the way how he teach student to do business is priceless, sufficient to show his experience and professionalism, I do get the feeling I not only learn what real estate is about but also becoming a better person. Professor Ben is also a nice which you will find him very funny during class but guess what, when a student misses a class, he will actually willing to teach the last class all over again even for just one student, how responsible! He is the person with experience both as in a real estate broker and loan officer, definitely a person you can learn from, I truly enjoyed the time in class with him. And the ultimate reason besides the professor is great, the exam prep and class handout are very very close to what the exam questions, I passed on my first try without even opening the textbook! There's a reason why he said this in the beginning of the class: "The most accurate test question in the entire bay area is in my hand..." THE SEARCH IS OVER, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

It has been a great experience studying at the GoodView School. Mr. Jiang's class was very interesting and full of examples. After taking all the classes, I had a basic grasp of the knowledge of the real estate license exam. Then I completed the materials given by the school to prepare for the exam. I passed the license exam on the first try. Studying real estate theory for the exam might sound boring, but I didn't feel that way at GoodView.

Mr. Ben Jiang is amazing in his teaching, his class is well designed and the class material is well prepared. The class is easy to follow and he made it easy to understand. I enjoyed the class thoroughly. He is also very knowledgeable and willing to help, not just answering your question but also make sure you truly understand. The school staff very helpful and supportive as well. Great class and school in general, highly recommend this place!
