We are so glad that we went with Nick to help us buy our first home! We didn’t really know much about the Bay Area housing market or about buying a home in general. Nick really spent the time to educate us about these things, brought us to see all different kinds of properties within our budget and pointed out many things that we never would have noticed on our own. We also never felt rushed or pressured to overbid in order to get a place. Nick is absolutely phenomenal! I swear he works miracles and no one knows the market or how to negotiate like he does! When we were buying our first home, Nick helped us get the price down by $25k! And when we decided to finally sell that same home, Nick gave us the great advice to move out first so he could get our home repainted, fixed, and staged. Reading through Nick’s stellar and glowing reviews, it’s hard to know how to add anything to such well-deserved, universally-high praise — except perhaps to say that we agree 100% with everything that you read here about Nick. It is all *absolutely* true…and then some. Nick is simply marvelous. So if you are looking for a realtor, you need look no further. He’s the guy you want.

As to why we think so, here is our story: My sister and I needed to sell our mother’s home after our Mom’s passing, and neither of us lives in the area. So my sister and I both came to stay at our Mom’s house temporarily in order to find an agent to sell it, as well as to sift through the mountains of stuff that Mom had left behind. We had an ambitious timeline — we wanted to get the house cleared out, remodeled, sold, and escrow closed by a specific date. And of all the agents that we interviewed, Nick was the only one who stated with confidence that he would meet our goal — and he did. He presented us with his clever ideas and his strategically wise plans for upgrading and improving the house in ways that would maximize its re-sale value while minimizing the time and the costs needed to do it. Nick’s approach was exactly what we were hoping for. And he came through with flying colors.

Nick’s efficiency, his quality of work, his logistics coordination, his customer service, his timeline management, and his swift responsiveness to requests are all just outstanding. Taking advantage of the time while my sister and I dealt with all of the items inside the house, Nick lined up in advance all of the necessary permits, subcontractors and scheduling for remodeling the house that would be necessary to achieve his vision. That way, he would be ready to go at the moment that we vacated the house.

Also of note, as we began to speedily sort through our mother’s belongings, Nick went so far as to graciously install air conditioning in the house right away for our comfort during the dog days of summer. What real estate agent does that?! (Answer: *Nick* does.) And when our clothes dryer needed replacing, we called Nick and he swapped it out for a new one…on the same day! Anytime we needed him, Nick was right there. Definitely most helpful of all, Nick told us that we could leave behind anything in the house that we didn’t want to bring with us, and he reassured us that he would take care of donating, dispensing, and clearing out whatever remained. That was a time-and-work-saving godsend.

Nick doesn’t waste a single second. Sure enough, on the morning that we finished and we were vacating the house, Nick’s army of workers were literally already waiting outside the house, ready to march in and to begin the clearing and the remodeling processes — which they did. For the next few weeks, they worked long and diligent hours to get it all done, while Nick constantly kept us informed about the progress being made — which was all on schedule. And in the end, Nick and his crew delivered a stunning, elegant, and completely transformed house that was nothing short of breathtaking.

So what Nick accomplished in totally remodeling the house on the tightest of time budgets was…frankly astounding. He then staged it beautifully, he listed it on the target date, and within 7 days we had multiple offers for well over our asking price. Escrow then closed smoothly and expeditiously, with Nick once again taking care of everything. The whole process from beginning-to-end could not have gone better. Best of all, Nick made it all *easy* for us. We were thrilled.

Nick is a one-of-a-kind, customer-oriented, youthfully-energetic, can-do professional who achieves a reliable level of excellence that is rarely found. Simply put, we could not be happier with the results that we obtained by having him as our realtor, and we offer our HIGHEST recommendation. …Oh, and did we happen to mention that he is also the greatest guy and a total delight to work with? Yeah, that too. Bottom line…our advice: Stop your search *now* and hire him. You will be oh-so-glad that you did. THANKS, NICK!!

As in our life, we always get to make decisions with partial information, but for such big decisions like house hunting, we always want to get as much information as possible to be determined. On the other hand, Nick’s knowledge is not only within the realtor domain, his knowledge also extends to everything you would have questions about when looking for a house. Nick has a general contractor license, and he has experience renovate/upgrade/build houses. Unless it’s a new construction, we always find parts we don’t like about a house when we visit the houses together, such as low ceilings, old fireplaces, dark houses etc. And Nick has all the knowledge on whether a red flag in the house is fixable and whether it’s costly, which is very helpful when we calculate the offer price, and what’s more, it doesn’t hold us back to place offers on certain listings as we originally might think fixing them could cost a lot of money which was wrong. Now we are getting into the contract, Nick will also help us get the house fixed, and I have full trust on Nick for doing a great job on this, and especially I know it’s gonna be worry-free with Nick.

Nick has a ton of non-realtor connections in real estate industry as well, such as loan agent, insurance agent, handy man etc. Whenever I need referral, I always go to Nick. And surprisingly expected, all the referrals from Nick are also reliable, hardworking and professional. Nick is the best, and he also chooses to work with the best ones in the industry.

Nick cares a ton about our need, and he tries to find the best house for us that fits our need in both short-term and long-term. He has his methodology to help me understand the trade offs among different options, as well as to understand better what I truly want and my need. That’s why I never got too emotional along the journey, and I can imagine I would easily get very emotional which would drain a lot of my energy without Nick.
