I have had some recent issues with service. Our local agents were at one time amazing with callbacks and really on top of it. I actually had to change my agent only to find out they are no better. There is only one person out of both locations I can count on to come through. I am debating a change of provider all together at this point. I have no reason to stay local if I will feel like I am dealing with a large call center.
