Our last Realtor was unable to sell the house during peak summer season, he never provided any feedback, so after 90 days we switched to Ann based on some recommendations.
Right away she scheduled the photoshoot, ran the market analysis and made recommendations on pricing and her marketing strategy. She had the house listed in 2 days, conducted open houses, sun-down viewing, and other ways to promote the house. Anna kept us informed and provided us all the feedback she received.
