We purchased a 2004 Chevrolet Tahoe on January 28, 2025. We had a great experience with this family business. They are very honest, and straightforward business men. We came from Stockton, so the commute was well worth it. Great prices for cars as well. We are loving our new family car.
Jacob was very attentive with all purchase needs and was very helpful with answering all of our questions. My daughter is planning on getting a new car this upcoming year, so we are definitely coming back. Amazing customer service!

Jacob from Motor Hub was amazing! Help me the whole way from the moment I called him from out of town and inquired about the FJ Cruiser all the way to taking her to a local mechanic to get checked out and finally flying over to buy it. Great service!! I'm in the Southern California area close to LA, so I don't trust mane dealers here and I'm actually looking for a used car for my daughter and always checking their inventory. I don't mind flying over there and driving back 🙂

I bought a beautiful car from them as is and then was out of town for a month and on return the car engine light came on. They came and picked the car up fixed problem which would have cost me $400.00 or more then brought it back to me and this was an owner. That is a business that cares and does the right thing even when they do not have too.

Buying a car can be a real chore and I dread having to deal with salesman anytime I have to do it. From the first contact, Jacob handled himself in a professional and friendly manner. On my way to our appointment, I did not have any of the usual apprehensions I’ve felt in the past on my way to meet with other car dealers.

Jacob and his friendly puppy met me in the office and it was comfortable from that point on. The truck I was there to see was just as it appeared on their website and was in great condition for its age. After the test drive, while making the deal, Robert dropped in and told me the backstory of the truck and how they had acquired it (not that I doubted him, but the details of his story were corroborated after I found a couple of things from the prior owner in the glove box that fit the narrative).

The deal probably would’ve been quicker, but we had a good time hanging out and shooting the breeze. They even held on to the truck for me after the sale so I could arrange a ride to come back and pick it up the next day. In that time it was washed again and ready for me to take home.

I don’t leave many reviews, but felt they genuinely earned this one and deserved the 5 stars.
